My dad has been using this unit in a rental property for years. I got it to put into a small 2 bedroom apartment I own and it heats and cools the area great. My space is about 400 sq ft. I actually have a second brand new one in the shed in case it fails but I honestly don't think it ever will. Great unit I'd recommend to anyone.

I have owned my unit for five years. The unit works very well except that the line (on/off) switch does not work. I believe the problem is with the electronic control but I am unable to find any repair man who will repair it. I have contacted every AC repair facility in my area (SF Bay Area) to no avail. I hate to spend $1200. for a replacement unit because of the failure of one small part.
