I am very pleased with my purchase, it was a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. Buying from AC wholesalers, going directly to the source helped me to understand the great features and how the unit works. Did not realize at the time that my previous unit was manufactured by the same company, unit worked for 16 years. This gave me even more confidence in the product.

Appears to be a great unit, but only used a couple days so far. My only complaint is that the compressor does not have a sound blanket to make it even quieter. Shipped to OK in perfect condition.

Quiet, quiet, quiet! This unit is really quiet and does a wonderful job of cooling my 1959 block ranch home in central Florida. Really pulls the humidity out of the air and it looks really nice!

Bought this outdoor unit along with matching furnace and coil. Unit was all delivered to home in Idaho. Everything arrived intact. Got unit installed through AC wholesaler matched installer at a great price. Love the services of locating contractor and pricing. Had to wait for a week after order before they shipped due to backorder on coil but once everything was resolved service was great. I would highly recommend them as they sell goodman (great product just got to have the right person install).
