Product and service from AC Wholesalers was fine. First unit shipped was damaged and delivery was refused. AC Wholesalers promptly shipped a replacement unit

Sold Goodman & Amana products in Michigan for 25 years. Goodman is still making excellent products, easy to install, good instructions, great warranty. Live in Florida now where a/c life is short due to the harsh environment,(sun, heat, humidity) and are used almost all of the year. I do feel that this unit will last many years.
