Have had this unit just over a year! Was amazed at how quietly it ran compared to the old trane brand. It was a 10 seer 4 ton r22 unit. This thing is huge compared to it but much higher seer rating! Hope it last as long as the trane unit!! It was 22 years old. We later found out that, it could have ran much longer just needed a schadder valve to stop the leak! But 410 is much cheaper than r 22!!

I ORDERED THE COMPLETE UNIT, COMPRESSOR, COIL AND FURNACE. WHEN THE PRODUCT CAME IN EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.THE 16 SEER COMPRESSOR WAS LARGE. RUNS VERY QUITE COOLS GREAT MY FURNACE IS 98% EFF. THE WHOLE UNIT WENT TOGETHER AND WORKED GREAT. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE SYSTEM. EVERYTHING WENT VERY SMOOTH FROM START TO FINISH. THIS IS MY 3RD GOODMAN AND I HAVE NEVER HAD THE FIRST PROBLEM. THIS ONE ALSO SEEMS TO BE A VERY HIGH QUALITY.THANKS FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE.

The AC unit is good. Problem i had was when i received the A/C from Old Dominion Freight it was crushed. Idiots looks like they used a pinching forks to lift unit. I did get full credit back. So the customer service I was happy with. My installer actually went and picked one up for me same day. So disaster averted.

We had this installed during the heat wave by a wonderful installer in in the OC area named Aurelio. WE saved thousands of dollars buying this powerful unit through ACwholesalers. I like that they only send it to the customer direct so you know all of your parts are new. It is twice as powerful as my old one. If you are standing outside when it turns on you can here the power. It hums IT is a super quality looking item as well. I am so happy with this purchase.!!
