Advanced Filtration System
The MSZ-GL12NA-U1 combines a hybrid catechin deodorizing filter with an enzyme-based filter for managing allergens. The anti-allergy filter not only captures the offending particles, it also breaks them down, cleaning the air as it is conditioned.
Hot-Start
Mitsubishi's hot start technology prevents cold drafts by delaying fan operation until the heat exchanger has warmed up.
Econo Cool Mode
By slowly adjusting the cooling set point and swinging the horizontal vanes, the MSZ-GL12NA-U1 can improve the efficiency of cooling operations without compromising the comfort provided.
Dehumidification

I replaced the Goodman unit that I once had with this unit. Big difference between the 2. This one is so quiet I have to reach up to see that it is running. It cools faster then the same BTU unit I had. I liked it so much that I replaced the other 2 units I had before they even went out.

After living in our house 31 years without air cond., last summer was brutal in western Pa. we had talked about doing a mini split system for the last 5 years, so we tried a 2 zone Mitsubishi in our first floor, before committing to the whole house. WOW, its like a whole new house, we are very pleased. The unit we used has no trouble cooling our large old house, and I can't believe how quiet the inside blowers, and outside condenser are. Looking on line, ACwholsalers had the best price, and they worked hard thru customer service to meet a deadline we had for a local installer. We plan to do the rest of the house next year.
