Our home is open with a 15 foot ceiling. The room being cooled and heated is a 30 by 30 sq. ft. area which happens to be the TV area. We installed this unit and removed the old window unit. It is a great unit. We had temp.this year of 90 to 100 almost every day for 3 months.The hottest summer in a long time.This unit run and cooled this area for $15 a month. That was the best electric bill we ever got. Our normal electric billis $98 per month and running this unit during those hot months brought our bill to $ 115 to 118. The heat unit works just as good. We love it and would install it again.
