Dual High-Grade Copper Heating Elements
The heating wire's heating element is made from high quality oxygen-free copper, giving the wire uncompromising heat transfer efficiency while retaining flexibility. The entire wire contains a pair of twisted heating elements which keeps the electromagnetic field generated by the wire to a minimum.
ETFE Wire Insulation with Grounding Jacket
The heating wire is enveloped in a durable ETFE insulation. This unique insulation offers significant resilience against chemical and temperature corrosion. The two wires are then bound together by a stainless steel jacket for grounding and durability purposes.
Single Power Lead
Both wires connect to the power supply with a single power lead, simplifying labor and reducing installation time.
Flexible Mesh Mat
The mat the wires are secured inside of is flexible and is easily cut. This allows you to cut the mat to fit odd shaped areas as well as secure the mat to the underfloor easily with thin-set or self-leveling mortar.
