How do I request a price match?

 

Please call 1-866-631-6389 for a price match request. Please tell us about the lower price that is still in effect that you want ACWholesalers to price match.

 

One of our team members will then review and verify the price match request. Price match requests cannot be completed via e-mail. Shipping/delivery charges will be included in the price comparison.

 

A price match request after a purchase from ACWholesalers can be requested either by the person to whom the product was shipped or by the person who was billed for the purchase. Refunds for the price match amount will only be provided to the person for whom the order was billed to.

 

 

Do you price match a local competitor?

 

Yes. So long as the local competitor is a store that sells the same product new, factory-sealed, of the same brand, style, model, and SKU. Price adjustments will be calculated on the selling price of the item.

 

  

How do I show "proof" of a price?

 

The best way to show proof of an item's price is to email or fax in the competitor's current ad or written quote, or notify us of the website address of the designated major online retailer. If it is on a website it must show the price listed of the product without having to log in for pricing. We may check the website address of the designated major online retailer to verify the lower price and availability of the item.

 

 

Does ACWholesalers match the price if it results in a price being below ACWholesalers' cost on a product?

 

Yes. So long as the price match request is on an identical, immediately-available product and all other price match criteria are met.

 

 

Will you price match with the ACWholesalers site on my mobile phone or iPhone and Android apps?

 

Yes. The iPad, iPhone, and Android applications have the same pricing and are treated the same as ACWholesalers.com.

 

 

Are competitors' services eligible for price matching?

 

No. Due to differences in the services being performed, ACWholesalers does not match competitors' service prices. This includes, but is not limited to, services such as delivery or installation.

 

 

How does your price match policy cover an item scheduled for delivery from ACWholesalers.com?

 

If the price of an item drops at ACWholesalers.com at any time before its scheduled shipping date (or up to 30 days after your purchase), we will refund 100% of the difference, including tax if applicable. To receive the lower price, you must call 1-866-631-6389 or 1-866-793-0323. Price matching cannot be processed via e-mail.

 

 

What if the competitor does not have the item in stock or has limited quantities of the product?

 

Sometimes a qualifying competitor will advertise a product in ads and on its website as having limited quantities in stock. If the item is out of stock or the competitor has advertised as limited quantities of an item, it is not eligible for price matching. Likewise, if ACWholesalers has a product that is advertised as being limited in quantity it will not be eligible for price matching.

 

 

Does ACWholesalers price match "free gift with purchase" offers?

 

No. ACWholesalers does not price match "free gift with purchase" orders. This includes free gift cards or products with purchase offers.

 

 

Can ACWholesalers refuse any price match request?

 

Yes. Price matches can be refused by ACWholesalers if they do not meet the criteria.
