My Account


The fastest way to track your order is to enter your order number and shipping zip code below. If you have an account, you can also Sign In to your account with your email address and password.

Track My Order


Your order can be tracked online 24/7 by logging into your account. Click the "My Account" link at the bottom of the "Login" link at the top of any ACWholesalers page to log in and view your orders and their current status.


Order Status as listed below are the different types of status' your order may encounter. All orders are subject to a 1-2 business day processing time prior to shipping.



Order Status Information


Order Processing:

When an order has been placed and the payment has been verified, it will be recorded by our system. Orders in this status can be changed or canceled. 'Processing' means your order has not been sent to the warehouse for packing.


Pending:

Pending orders are not in a shippable status. These are orders under review for a variety of reasons. Contact our customer service center at toll-free 1-866-631-6389 or 1-866-793-0323 for further details.


Sent To Warehouse:

The order has been successfully processed through our system and has been transmitted to our warehouses for fulfillment.


Received By Warehouse:

Your order has been confirmed by our shipping facilities and will begin its fulfillment process. Changes to the order can be performed if needed.


Packing:

The order has arrived at the packing department and is being prepared for shipment. Changes to the order must await confirmation from the packing department.


Ready To Ship:

The order has been securely wrapped, palletized and arrived at the shipping department awaiting carrier pick up. Due to our fast turn-around times orders in this state can only be canceled not modified.


Shipped:

The order has been confirmed as leaving the warehouse in one or more packages. Tracking numbers are generated and contact information for the carrier is provided. Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers being entered may take 24-48 hours to propagate into the ship couriers system.


Important: Once orders have left our shipping facilities, the destination address cannot be modified.


Multiple Shipments:

Your order has been broken into several shipments for faster processing or because it had to ship from different locations. Individual shipments will be shown, with a status for each shipment, including "shipped" and "back ordered."


Backordered:

All or a portion of the order was not immediately obtainable. The order has been confirmed as placed on order with the manufacturer or queued for the incoming stock to the warehouse. Items placed on backorder are considered purchased, but cancellation can be requested assuming they have not shipped (must be verified with shipping warehouse before the order is confirmed as canceled). Contact customer service if you need to make a request to change a backorder.
